Pediatric Services

The dedicated 16-bed pediatric unit at Parkview Hospital has met the strict standards required to receive California Children’s Services designation. We are pleased to have pediatric hospitalists from CHOC Pediatric Subspecialty Faculty available day and night to care for pediatric patients who do not have a personal physician or whose physician is unavailable. These pediatric hospitalists are specialists in caring for sick children needing hospital care. Through our CHOC PSF affiliation, we have the support of over a hundred pediatric subspecialists available to consult on complicated cases.
